Cheating Fly (Men's Edition)

We all have our moments when we have to dress classy but what if we can't? Throughout my whole life I dressed up more than I should and my pure laziness prevents me from having clean, pressed dress shirts, slacks and ties. It's somewhat of a problem and so I cheated the fancy system. These are the many alternatives I've been using to get away looking fly.

1. Jackets. No hoodie jackets! Hoodless and thick, solid color jackets are awesome alternatives from your usual professional coats. For example, Leather Jackets or Member’s Only jackets are great coats to make you look professional, but also quite charming. I have done this for many business casual occasions such as: job interviews, banquets and other business formal events.

2. Button Up Shirts/Short Sleeves.

If it's a solid color and buttons are visibly seen, you can make it pass as a dress shirt. This is in case your dress shirt is in progress of being cleaned or if you have little time to press your dress shirt. As long as your tie is long enough, you can make the illusion of being fancy!

3. Black Jeans. 90% of the time people NEVER notice the difference between the black jeans and slacks. I always get away with it, and plus, it's more comfortable in my opinion. It matches well with dress shirts and ties along with jackets. I am sure you won't be caught unless someone thoroughly inspects the outer exterior.

4. Dark Solid Shoes with a Slight Shine. Whether it be loafers or Oxford type shoes, they work. No questions asked. Just make sure it doesn't look like vans, converse or your expensive Jordans.
